Shabbat at JFX: Where parents and kids enjoy meaningful connections
Young families, experience a welcoming Shabbat at JFX.
Shabbat Kids Club: every Shabbat parents can enjoy time in inspiring classes or find a quiet spot in the sanctuary. Meanwhile, children ages 0-9 create and play.
For our littlest guests accompanied by a parent, monthly Tiny Tots Shabbat brings interactive play, music, stories, challah, and grape juice.

Little gym style play stations
Live guitar circle time, introducing the kids to Jewish songs and Jewish story telling
Plenty of healthy snacks and kids’ favorites such as Chewy granola bars and juice boxes
Fresh coffee and tea station for the parents
Large and enclosed indoor and outdoor venues so the kids can run free!

We are the Young Families group at JFX. Young Families are focused on creating a vibrant Jewish community for parents of young children, mostly 0 to 6 years old.
We offer:
- Creative and fun social events for the kids and their parents
- Inspiring holiday celebrations where kids learn and feel the beauty of Jewish life in a fun and caring environment
- Shabbat dinners and much more!
There are no membership dues for the Young Families group and we are an inclusive group for newcomers and old friends but if you are interested in becoming a member, we would love to have you as part of our congregation.

Sabrina moved from Minneapolis to Cleveland with her husband Mark and is a proud mom of three young kiddos. Just like you, she understands the need of Jewish events catered to young families.
